Individual Registration
For the APVRS 2023, registration payments will be accepted through our congress system starting on May 22, 2023. To avoid system traffic congestion, delegates are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible. You may view the guidelines for registration here.
Group Registration
For registrations of more than 5 delegates, please complete and return the group registration form to the APVRS secretariat at registration@apvrs.org. The deadline for group registration is November 3, 2023. For local group registrations, please directly contact secretariat@apvrs.org for a special registration rate.
Remarks
Kindly note that the registration is completed only when the registration fee has been settled. During the payment process, Stripe may need time to verify your transaction, which will take up to 2 hours. To enjoy the congress to the fullest, please reserve time accordingly.
Please note that registration for the APVRS 2023 is facilitated by the APAO ID. You will have to register for an APAO ID and authorize APVRS 2023 to access your profile and contact information in order to complete your registration.
If you participated in previous APVRS Congress(es) and provided us with an accurate email address, an APAO ID has already been created for you. You only need to input the email address you used to register for our previous congresses and retrieve your password by clicking “Forgot Password.” You will be able to review your attendance record at the APVRS Annual Congress since APVRS 2012 with the APAO ID.
If you need an official invitation letter for visa application, please register and download the letter via the congress system. The congress system will be closed from December 4 – 7, 2023. Registrations after December 7 will take 24 hours to process.
Online Payment Security and Data Privacy
All online transactions are processed by Stripe, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.
Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the APVRS 2023. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.
The Registration and Abstract Submission System has 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages that handle sensitive information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the APVRS 2023 Secretariat by email at registration@apvrs.org.
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Secretariat by November 3, 2023, will be accepted and registration fees will be fully refunded. For written requests received by December 1, 2023, your registration fee will be refunded less an administrative fee of US$50 per person, per meeting. The refund, after deducting the administrative fee, will be processed after the Congress only.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after December 1, 2023, or non-attendance at the Congress.
